But In-Stat/MDR finds telcos taking their time

Although DSL and video compression technologies are improving to benefit telcos who plan to launch video delivery services, In-Stat/MDR does not expect a sudden spike in the market. The high-tech market research firm finds that, at present, telcos are taking their time making the decision to deliver these services and, in some cases, regulatory delays have also had an impact.
