Russian TV Network broadcasts over IP via UUNet
After almost a decade of unfulfilled promises, finally early last month, the New York- based, Russian TV Network, RTVI announced that it has started regular broadcasting from New York to Moscow and vice versa, using UUNet.
In some circumstances, size really does matter
Disk space is cheap these days. That's why, for not too much money, you can get your hands on a 1394 external disk that can store hours and hours of DV footage for about as much as you'd pay for a day at Disney World. Bumper crop of great spots elevates commercial production to an art form

Super Bowl spot lives on in Web streaming format
Every year, the hype around new commercials airing Super Bowl Sunday draws almost as much attention as the football game. The newest ad campaign from Reebok goes an extra step by moving from America's television screens to their computer screens. "Terry Tate Office Linebacker" made his debut in a commercial aired during the third quarter of this year's Super Bowl. But the TV spot was just a taste. The heart of the campaign lives on the internet. A series of short films starring the Terry Tate character is available on the web at www.reebok.com/terrytate.
