Former Final Cut Pro product manager now touts Quantel's new product line
Tom McDonald is the new Director of Market Development for Quantel. Formerly Product Manager of Apple's Final Cut Pro, McDonald hopes to bring his marketing magic to the re-emerging Quantel, a high end editing and compositing software and hardware company that has recently completely re-vamped its line of high end products. Digital Media Net's Charlie White talked with McDonald at a recent conference sponsored by Quantel, held at the DGA (Directors Guild of America) headquarters in Los Angeles.
