![]() $85 Million Invested in CG Miniseries Enduring creative partnerships have always been the life blood of the film and TV industries, and one of today’s classic liaisons is that which matches Robert Halmi Sr. of Hallmark Entertainment with Mike McGee of FrameStore-CFC in London. Both have their huge support armies in what stands out as a highly prolific transatlantic relationship. Their latest collaboration, the six-hour miniseries Dinotopia, airs on ABC this month. Carrying an $85-million budget, it is the team’s most ambitious CG project to date.
